?Why should I register if I can download the full product for free?
AThe software which you download is classed as Shareware. This means that it is not free, but instead is sold as try-before-you buy software. Therefore, if you like the software, and find it useful (or fun) then you should really register it. Moreover, the registered versions contain additional features not found in the shareware versions. In addition, registration entitles you to free email technical support. By registering, you also help the development of future products, which may benefit you even more.
 

?What do I get if I register?
ADepending on the product registered, you will either receive access to a download site where you can download the full product (only 3 downloads are allowed for security reasons) or you will receive a unique unlocking code for the Shareware version. Please keep these in a safe place in case you need to reinstall the software at any time.
 

?Why was my Credit Card bill charged to "Universal Commerce Inc." and not "JHC SoftWare?
AUniversal Commerce Inc are our sales partners. They handle all our online sales transactions and provide a secure server so that your details can not be stolen over the internet. They also ensure that all credit card transactions are legal, and they will query any suspicious ones.
 

?Will my Credit Card details be safe with you?
AYes! JHC SoftWare do not keep records of any Credit Card details. These are held securely by "Universal Commerce Inc." and they cannot be accessed by third parties.
 

?Now that you have my details, will I recieve lots of junk (spam) mail from other companies.
ADefinitely Not! We do not believe in junk mail or spamming. Our customers' details will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be sold, or passed on to anyone else. The only mail you will receive is confirmation of your order, and possibly an email from us informing you of a new or upgraded product.
